In accordance with Article 11 of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (\u201cLaw\u201d), you are required to submit your requests within the scope of your rights as listed in the Law by filling out this form and sending it to our Company via one of the methods mentioned below, as per Article 13 of the Law and Article 5 of the Communiqu\u00e9 on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller.<\/p>\n

  1. To ascertain the identity of the applicant, the Company requests that the applicant personally visit our office with a valid identification document (ID card, driver's license, passport, etc.) bearing a wet signature.<\/li>\n
  2. The application, along with a notarized copy of the applicant's identification document, can be sent to the designated address via a notary.<\/li>\n
  3. The application can be sent to info@tansuurunleri.com.tr from the data subject's registered email address.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Applications submitted to our Company via one of the methods described above will be responded to free of charge as a rule, within the shortest time possible and within a maximum of thirty (30) days, depending on the nature of the request. The response will be communicated to you through the method you have chosen below. In the event that the request necessitates a cost, you may be charged a fee according to the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.<\/p>\n
