Ingredients

  • 4 pieces sea bream fillets
  • 2 pieces of lemon
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Olive oil
  • Fresh thyme or arugula (optional)

    Preparation

    1. Clean and wash the sea bream fillets with water. Then, dry them with paper towels.
    2. Prepare the marinade sauce by mixing lemon juice, crushed garlic, salt, black pepper, and olive oil in a bowl.
    3. Apply the prepared sauce to both sides of the sea bream fillets and marinate them in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
    4. Once the marinating process is complete, heat the grill over medium heat and place parchment paper on the grill.
    5. Place the marinated sea bream fillets on the grill and cook each side for about 5-6 minutes or until the fish is cooked, flipping them carefully as needed.
    6. After cooking, transfer to a serving plate and optionally garnish with fresh thyme or arugula before serving hot.
