Ingredients

  • 200 grams of shrimp
  • 1 cup of bulgur
  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 bunch of fresh parsley
  • 1 bunch of fresh mint

  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

Preparation

  1. Place the bulgur in a bowl and add enough boiling water to cover it. Cover it and let it sit for 10-15 minutes.
  2. Finely chop the cucumber, tomato, and parsley. Also, finely chop the fresh mint.
  3. Sauté the shrimp lightly with olive oil in a pan. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Drain the water from the bulgur you prepared and transfer it to a mixing bowl.
  5. Add the sautéed shrimps, chopped vegetables, and fresh herbs on top.
  6. Add the lemon juice and olive oil, then mix well. You can season with salt and pepper according to your taste.
  7. Transfer to a serving plate and garnish with parsley leaves before serving.
