Ingredients
- 200 grams of shrimp
- 1 cup of bulgur
- 1 cucumber
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 bunch of fresh parsley
- 1 bunch of fresh mint
- The juice of 1 lemon
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- Salt
- Black pepper
Preparation
- Place the bulgur in a bowl and add enough boiling water to cover it. Cover it and let it sit for 10-15 minutes.
- Finely chop the cucumber, tomato, and parsley. Also, finely chop the fresh mint.
- Sauté the shrimp lightly with olive oil in a pan. Season with salt and pepper.
- Drain the water from the bulgur you prepared and transfer it to a mixing bowl.
- Add the sautéed shrimps, chopped vegetables, and fresh herbs on top.
- Add the lemon juice and olive oil, then mix well. You can season with salt and pepper according to your taste.
- Transfer to a serving plate and garnish with parsley leaves before serving.
